Below
is a brief twenty point overview of what is involved
in a general re-chassis and re-manufactured platform.
However, much, much more is involved - for a better
understanding we urge you to contact us. |

1.
All mounting bolts are replaced and correctly torqued.
2.
All welded joints are examined and structural welds
under go independent NDT (Non Destructive Testing).
3.
Slew ring stripped and examined, if necessary a new
or guaranteed refurbished gear can be fitted.
4.
All boom pivot pins and bushes replaced.
5.
All boom cylinders re-sealed and re-chromed if necessary.
6.
Cage structure examined and cage overhauled.
7.
All oils, filters, hydraulic and water hoses replaced.
8.
All valves stripped, examined and re-sealed.
9.
All jack cylinders re-sealed and re-honed where necessary.
10.
Centre post stripped and resealed, re-chromed if necessary.
11.
Hydraulic pump replaced or refurbished.
12.
All electrical wiring replaced and rewired to latest
specification.
13.
All sub frame flitch plates are replaced.
14.
All major fabrications shot blast and NDT (Non-destructive
tested).
15.
All bodywork replaced to customers requirement.
16.
Upgraded anti roll bar system fitted if required to
achieve tilt. See below for example of 30° tilt
test.

17.
All upgrades included where required including latest
standby engine, intercom system, monitor, conversion
to main engine remote stop/start from cage and pulpit,
latest lighting, latest water joints, 110V generator
with cage outlet, CCTV, reverse camera etc.
18.
Full testing including overloads with full report and
certificates.
19.
Paint and livery to the customer requirement.
20.
Twelve months warranty and collection and delivery anywhere
in the World
